Following some uncertainty over the future structure of next season’s U17s, the HVFC is pleased to let the parents know that the Committee met last night (19th May 2025) with the Managers of both the U17 Hawks and Valley teams, and one of their Coaches, and a final decision has been made.

Graham Hall, HVFC’s Chairman, thanks Paul, Darren and Josh for their time yesterday evening. Based on the information provided and the discussions held, the Chairman's decision is to proceed with two U17 teams going forward. This decision is made in the interests of giving as many players as possible the chance to play competitive football each week.

If, when the new season starts, we find there are not enough players to field two teams, then we will reassess the situation. However, we hope this will not be necessary.
